This Dr misdiagnosed my sister who was in tremendous pain. He also gave her an antibiotic which she had to pay for without any examination (when she was not getting any better).
she has since seeked a second opinion, and what was a pimple/ bacteria is now an abscess which needs to be removed.
Besides the misdiagnoses, he needs to send his receptionist for some training in people skills as well as telephone etiquette.
Being rude to patients who are sick and in pain is no form of help. Absolutely disgusted by this service.
