Alugutter, a family business established since 1988, supply and fit aluminium and P.V.C seamless gutters to both the domestic, commercial and industrial market.

Whether removing existing gutters and replacing with new aluminium guttering or a complete supply and fitting to a new project, Alugutter can handle it all.

Aluminium and PVC Gutter Specialists

A maintenance-free gutter system in color-coated aluminium, which is fabricated to length on site. Joints occur only at corners and stop-ends, to which pre-formed aluminium units are fitted.

Down pipes are of aluminium or P.V.C. according to customer preference.

The system complies with BS2997, aluminium rainwater goods.

The system is suitable for most domestic and commercial applications.

SERVICES

Fabrication

The gutters are fabricated on site by coiled aluminium sheet, roll-formed on an American Knudson Gutter forming machine. Seamless runs to exact site measurements are formed at a rate of 9 meters per minute up to the maximum length, which can be handled conveniently on site.

Handling

The formed gutter is lightweight and rigid – three men can easily place a 30-meter length in position.

Fixing

Concealed brackets at 600mm – 750mm centers are screw-nail fixed to timber, or riveted on to asbestos fascias. The pre-formed aluminium corner and stop end units are fixed with pop rivets and silicone sealed.
