Then you call there is no answer. Then you email and they say 3 working days but after two weeks no reply. I sent an email on the 15th of Nov and I'm still waiting for a response. After that I sent another email and they said I am sarcastic. Now they say they can't do anything because the lady that I emailed TAMSYN BARNARD did not receive changes I had asked for for months ago.

I had been sending you email after emails regarding a Judgement that is on my name from your company. Nobody has been responding to my email. What I found out is this is a legal company that works with debt but they had never given me a service and I apparently owe the company R10 000. This is just unacceptable and this matter will be looked at. I wanted to see papers and services that they have done but I got no paper work from this company. My name is being slandered because of a Judgement. I will have ITC look into this matter!! The service by calling the clients back is pathetic. No client is getting responds from them.
