I don't like the way Cambridge security at the door treat customers. They treat us as thieves. The time they spend searching your trolley when you exit, is uncalled for and unbecoming. I know other customers feel this way.
That's why we just avoid your store and to others.
Can you please treat my grievance seriously.
How can you check every commodity in my trolley.
We are undermined and not respected here.
I am asking you to change this bad treatment and attitude.

I enjoy buying at this store, the staff inside is great. Prices are reasonable. The feeling is good as we go around shopping.
That feeling is disturbed when you reach the door. Security guards at the door. They block u and check everything in your trolley. Real time is wasted there. We are not all criminals. Can we be treated better.
