Mr Khumalo the owner had his employees deliver a door that had defects and when I pointed them out he became rude and aggressive and told me that he will refund me my money and that I must find myself another supplier,instead of resorting to fixing it. I was happy with the door being fixed because it was the design I wanted, but that was the approach he opted to go with and I respected that. Right now he has not refunded my R5000 it has been almost 4 weeks. He is also not taking my calls.I can see there is another similar complain about Mr Khumalo here on thinklocal that was logged by his neighbour as well.My advise is to stay away from this supplier if you want peace of mind and respect.i'm considering the court route to recover my money now.I was left with damages to my door frame that I'm forced to take it out which is an extra cost on my side as well.I found another supplier who manufactured and fitted the door with no issues. Classic Steel Automation owner, Vusi Khumalo - who is my next door neighbour refused to pay back the cash amount that I had paid out to him for the gate and motor that I wanted. He avoids my calls, my Whatsapp messages and he avoids seeing me going past. He gave me a stinking attitude telling me he has done me a favour by charging me the amount of R14 000.00 which I now demand he pay back in cash. His service is disrespectful. No one should even consider using Classic Steel Automation, based in 3 Janette Road, Dawn Park.
