Discovery is becoming more and more pathetic due to their incompetence - the embarrassment caused by some incompetent staff is terrible! I have reflected payment on 2/9/2023 -was informed at the pharmacy (5/9/2023) that my membership was suspended due to non-payment. I forwarded proof of payment to the broker who again fwd same to Discovery - today (13/9/2023) when requesting authorisation for an operation, it was still not corrected and i was again informed that my membership is STILL suspended due to non-payment. I called Discovery ONCE AGAIN and the phone was slammed down by Zoleka. IS THIS HOW DISCOVERY TREATS ITS MEMBERS????????????????????????

Bad service no communication between client and the company - my car still has not been fixed yet. I'm paying my premium only for them not to respond on time.

I am trying to change my business policies to Discovery Insure. Had no idea that getting a quote would be such a hassle. I would not employ staff as incompetent as those with whom I have dealt. It is virtually impossible to get hold of anyone in a managerial position to assist me.
