We bought a Hisense washing machine a year ago from Game. 5 weeks ago the door of the machine was stuck and from there our problems started. Game did not take responsibility and referred us back to Hisense in Johannesburg. NO help from them and 5 weeks later we still do not have a workable washing machine as the parts the technician ordered do not fit. If we do not phone, nothing happens. I feel Game should take this up with Hisense as the sold us the dud!!! WHAT NOW???? We paid extra insurance and therefor is not allowed to get somebody to fix the machine!!
