Yoga & Hiking Retreat

Give yourself the gift of well-being and accompany us for a Yoga & Hiking Retreat at Oubaai Hotel Golf & Spa where you will be surrounded by the stunning natural landscapes between the Indian Ocean and the majestic Outeniqua Mountains.

Enjoy a 1.5 hour Yoga session with guest instructor Chelsea, from the Surya-Chandra School of Yoga, immersed in the peace of nature followed by a 2 hour hike around the surrounding trails with our Lifestyle and Wellness Couch, Dirk Lourens. Let the beauty, smells and sounds of the environment bombard your senses and depart feeling alive and rejuvenated.

08h00 :Meet at the Oubaai Lifestyle Centre for tea, coffee, juice, fruit skewers and smoothies

08h30 – 10h00: Outdoor Yoga session with Chelsea (Indoor venue available should the weather not be favourable)

10h00: Take a break and enjoy a selection of tea, coffee, juice, fruit infused water and snacks

10h15 – 12h30: Trail hike lead by Dirk Lourens (Different trails each Saturday)

12h30: Relax and savour a healthy lunch served with a variety of fresh seasonal salads and fruit

*Fruit infused water, mineral water, juice, teas and coffee available throughout the morning.
