This courier company is completely unreliable. A package was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. On Thursday they promised that it will be delivered between 15h00 and 16h00. I waited 2.5 hours after-hours for the package but it still was still not delivered. The Friday morning after several calls and promises of it being delivered by 14h00 no delivery materialised. Their false promises and lack of commitment only reflects incompetence.
