I had two extremely distressing experiences at Life Flora Hospital, both of which could have been avoided. The nursing staff are mostly incompetent and couldn't care less about the patients. To top it all, the account I received was exorbitant... WAY more than I could have imagined. Numerous items are listed which were never used for me. Terrible hospital. I hope I never have to go there again.

ST MARYS LIFE, in Mthatha has the worst service, in an emergency situation my mom had to wait outside, as a receptionist Miss Lawan was rude and said they first needed to check the funds, secondly she refused to give me her supervisor,a t the end my mom was admitted, checked by a junior doctor and that doctor refused to transfer her to east london hospital, as i felt there are no specialist there.

I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A SYNDICATE OPERATING WITHIN THIS HOSPITAL WERE I WAS WAS LIKE A OPEN CHEQUE BOOK. ALL I NEED WAS IV BUT HEART SURGEONS AND OTHER DOCTORS WAS ASSIGNED TO ME. WHEN I QUESTION THESE DOCTORS THEY BECAME ABUSIVE AND BACKED OFF IMMEDIATELY. YET...    Read more »
