I purchased some 1-liter plastic tubs made by your company. I contacted you to let you know that the lids do not fit and your response was not what I expected. I list the responses and my answers below: below.
YOU: They have not been passed for food.
ME: We are not using them for food.
YOU: They do close if you push them hard in the middle.
ME: They do not close.
YOU: Where did you purchase them.
ME: the plastic shop at Cornubia
YOU: Take them back to the seller - perhaps they were rejects and ask them where they got them.
ME: they have your company name on the bottom.
And then I realised that he - no name - was expecting me to do his work. In irritation, my last response was - I should not be doing your work.
My suggestions for you are: (I also run a tiny business)
1. Check your lids before you sell them, quite frankly the mold used for this does not fir the bucket.
2. If you have rejects don't sell them.
