I ordered an item online 3 days ago, first checking whether you have stock at Willowbridge. You took my order, money and delivery fee. I called the call centre twice today, and was promised by both agents that my item would be delivered today. Then Willowbridge (the absolute worst store on the planet) calls to tell me they are out of stock, and cancels my order! Now I have to wait for a refund. There are no words to describe how shocking your brand is. This is not the first time I have experienced your blatant disregard for your customers. You will be charged with fraud.

Game Wonderware. I took my generator for repair on the 24th on June 2022 I was told I will get a call or sms within 21 days to come and collect my item, I didn't receive any call so I decided on the 2nd of August to call customer care and ask the status of my generator some lady there at customer care told me she will call me back same day she never did, then I decided to call again on the 5th of August 2022 then I told them I called on the 2nd and asked about the status of my generator then some lady told me they will call me back which they never did hence I'm calling again, then I was told again that they will call me back even now I'm still waiting for the call back. Game Wonderpark thier service is very very bad

Rex Hunt, 0825554492, rex@adca.co.zaI bought a generator last year in May from Game Ballito. In December I returned it as it was not working. I never heard from Game, in January I went to them and was given a quote to have it repaired for around R1100.00 I was told the part broken was not under warranty. After having read the quote it was very plain to see that Ryobi had not even tested the generator. I was told by a Game staff member to phone Ryobi and complain. I now had to do Games job. I did phone and after three calls I was correct, the generator had not been tested correctly and the Inverter was finally repaired. I was told by the Ryobi service manager that they did me a favor. Again Game never called to say the generator had been returned, I had to go look. Within 3 months the petrol tank had started to leak on... Read more »
