Good day. I need assistance please regarding my voucher that I bought at Maponya Mall on the 25th of November. It seems I have been scammed right in the shop at Mr Price Sport right at the till. I bought a voucher card which seems not to be valid. When I gave it to the person whom I bought it for she was told that the card has been used in different malls but how I don't know because I had the card all along with me at my place. The card was used in Golden Walk Mall and now when I request a call from Mr Price customer helpline they say the card is used at Maponya Mall. Actually I need to know what is happening with this shop.
