The only thing I have to say is that Nedbank in Knysna, and probably countrywide, are massive wunch of bankers!!!

My wife went to the Nedbank Branch today again to get assisted. The manager at the Nedbank branch was apparently in a hurry to go and get her kids. Still no assistance. My wife was told they would contact her and she should leave her id number and her contact details. Absolutely no call from the Lady or anyone from the branch. My wife is still sitting with the problem and no account.

It is such a disgrace what the Knysna Nedbank has turned into. The new woman in charge has taken customer service from the top to the lowest of low.

Disgrace of a branch.

I wanted to open a Nedbank account as I am a small business owner. Went to the Knysna branch Friday. Got there and the branch was empty. Only 1 customer and the teller having discussions regarding their weekend. I waited and waited and waited and nothing. I eventually ended up leaving the branch.

Went again Yesterday Tuesday after the Holiday because the app wouldnt allow me to open an account because my number was incorrect on their systems. I needed to go to my nearest branch to just change my cell number. I spoke to a coloured man who was the teller. I litterally gave this person my contact number 3 times. I even repeated it again for good measure and he even said "Thank you for repeating the number, but guess what. After I left the branch I thought Finally I can finalise this online as my customers are waiting for the banking account number.

This teller despite me actually giving him the correct number a few times when I got back to the office my number was still wrong and i could not proceed with opening my account online.

What is disturbing is that these are tellers that is suppose to be efficient in their work. Yet a customer who is a business owner still have to go to the branch time and time again for simple mistakes that should not even be an issue.

NEDBANK KNYSNA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Tellers are unfriendly and Rude. They give you a shitty service which requires you to go back to fix problems that they should not even have made to begin with.

I wish I could rate the service of the Nedbank Knysna branch 0 because there is absolutely no customer service whatsoever.

Whats worse is today I tried calling the branch and their number is faulty. What type of Nedbank branch is this. Absolutely horrible with its employees.

0 for any type of service delivery. You guys need to be ashamed in calling yourselves a bank. A disgrace to the rest of Nedbank Branches accross SA whose services are 100 times better than what you would get in Knysna.
