The Receptionist should really look at her hospitality. On Monday 15/06 I phoned and asked if the Doctor will be in on 17/06. I was told yes, and I made an appointment for 11:00am. When I got there they were closed, so I phoned back on 18/06 and the Receptionist only said sorry I didn't take your number but you can come now. If I wasn't working I would have gone in at any day, that is why I asked for a day when I was off.
