I think the ring they designed and made for me without a design even, twice as they redid the first attempt too, looks hideous! it is absolutely a joke and in another Goldsmith's opinion it looks ridiculous for a number of reasons. First of all the workmanship, there is no initiative applied in the workmanship, and that was the whole reason why we designed a ring, cause of the idea it has which was not applied into still what you can wear, a ring. It is rather big and bold, and I am petite, and am unable to wear the thing too since it is too wide on the sides. They were supposed to intertwine our lives along the path of life which is supposed to be the middle round ring part, instead it cost us a fortune and looks like something that came out of a lucky packet, they also did not set the right stones next to the middle stone, which should have rounded it off better, instead used round stones. It is so pathetic and they are also only prepared to refund us R5000 of the R10800 we paid. For work they had done, without even first designing the idea for us on a 3D design. The public must be warned about these people please. If you want a photo to see what they had done for me please feel free. I will be glad to do so. The also only made the rose gold ring which I think looks shit! Colours also don't match, but they charged us 18CT Gold prices for a lucky packet look. They did not make the front ring, we bought that elsewhere.
