Poly Products supplies and installs a comprehensive range of polystyrene building products. Our cornices and decorative trim strips will add the finishing touch to your home or office. Installed quickly and without mess they are ideal for use in new buildings and also in renovations where they may be manufactured to match existing patterns or used to cover or hide existing old or damaged mouldings. They are also perfect for concealing unsightly gaps, cracks, wiring or pipes. COMPANY OVERVIEW

Poly Products manufactures, sells and installs the Unicornice range of decorative polystyrene cornices as well as cornices and mouldings from several other leading manufacturers. Unicornice started developing and installing its products in Johannesburg in 2001. The company quickly became recognised in the building industry for the high quality of its products and services, and the growing demand for these prompted the opening of Poly Products in George in January 2005 to serve the Garden Route area.

Unicornice cornices are manufactured locally using a CNC hot-wire cutter to cut the selected patterns from virgin flame-retardant polystyrene. After cutting, they are sanded lightly to produce a smooth finish.

Although standard sizes and designs are available ex-stock, our manufacturing process means it is easily possible to cut cornices of virtually any shape and widths from 30mm right through to 700mm. Production of non-standard sizes or patterns is to order only, typically taking three working days to complete.

Poly Products offers a comprehensive installation service, offering a professional and cost-effective alternative to DIY installers and building contractors who would normally sub-contract out this work. The company is geared for expansion as its products and services become established in and around George.
