PAYROLL

• Full Payroll Processing (from collating information to processing information)
• Weekly, Fortnightly and/or Monthly payroll
• Month end Reconciliations of 3rd parties (Prov Fund / Med Aid) etc
• Monthly submission to SARS (EMP201)
• Monthly submission to the Labour department
• The payroll system I am using is easily accessible to approved users on the payroll system through internet access, should outsourcing be your need

Annual Submissions

• Annual submissions Midyear submissions of EMP501 to SARS
• February Tax Year End submissions (EMP501)
• COIDA submission to the Compensation Fund

AD-HOC Assistance

• (UIF) Unemployment Insurance Fund – registration with the Labour department
• SARS registration for PAYE, SDL and UIF
• COIDA registration with the Compensation fund

Additional Services

• In-office payroll processing
• Temporary payroll processing (leave cover or until you find your permanent placement)
