I received very poor service!!! I called about sizes and prices for two reptile tanks, the young lady told me she has what I'm looking for in stock, she even gave me a price!! The next day I drove to the shop with hired transpirt. Once we got there she told me sorry she made a mistake (i had to pay fir the hired transport) I asked her to please order the size tanks I need and I have not heard from her since. So in short its cost me money to try and buy two reptile tanks at Spitskop Reptiles. I'm so unhappy because she did not even phone me back to let me know if she could get the stock from the suppliers!!!!
