The service I received from the Traffic Department on 8.06.2022 was quick and staff were friendly. On that day I applied to renew my drivers license. My only concern is that more than 6 months later I still did not get a message indicating that my license is ready for collection. I called an no one answer the phone for me to follow up. Now my temporary license is no longer valid.

Seems like NO-ONE answers the phone at the traffic department. I would love to work there...just like an don't care matter!!! I have been phoning for 3 day's now and no reply!!

They dont pick their phones up and to get there I have to drive with a license that is not valid anymore and if they stop me I get a fine.
