Tsitsikamma Falls Adventure

ABOUT US

Situated 8km’s east of Storms River Bridge (Paul Sauer bridge) on the N2, Tsitsikamma Falls Adventure Park offers spectacular Zipline adventure slides across the Kruis River. The eight slides, of which the longest is 211m, zigzag along cables across the river gorge, as high as 50m above the water in some places. Each section presents its own surprises, adventure, wonders and beautiful views over indigenous Tsitsikamma fauna and flora. Users can control the speed of their descent, allowing them to stop midcable to take in some of the awesome views over the waterfalls. The guides provide interesting commentary about the area as patrons traverse the gorge and waterfalls.

We opperate in all weather conditions, 365 days a year. This is a dry activity and rain suites will be provided when necessary. Children 3 years and older can partake in this action packed adventure thrill. We do allow childen and the timid to slide in tandem with parents or with a guide.

Ceres Zip Slide Adventure

This new “foefieslide” adventure is situated in the lovely mountains surrounding the Ceres Valley. A mere 1.5 hours’ drive from Cape Town, it is the perfect breakaway from the hectic city life!

Our Ceres Zip slide Tour offers 8 slides, totalling a length of 1.4km – this is the longest tour in Africa! The amazing rock formations and river form a perfect backdrop to a fun-, adrenaline-filled adventure! The surrounding Skurweberg Mountains forms a picturesque backdrop to your journey.

You will be kitted up in a full body harnesses with state of the art equipment and then 2 fully trained guides depart on our silent, battery operated carts into the mountain. Price includes drinks during and after the tour.

A short walk takes them to the departure point at the first slide, from where the breath-taking view reaches over the town of Ceres and across the Ceres Valley. Here the fun starts!

The slides vary in lengths from 110 meters to 290 meters! The highest point above the ground is 40 meters. We operate in all weather conditions, we don’t have any group size limit, and children from 3 years old can take part in this amazing adventure.

Our office is situated at the “Natuurtuin” at the foot of the Mitchell’s Pass at the entrance of Ceres town from Cape Town side. (R46)

We are open every day of the year from 8h00 to 17h00 and tours depart every half hour, the last departure is at 17h00.

SERVICES

Group Facilities

We offer the ultimate setting and surroundings for great team building sessions. Numerous outdoor adventure activities on the premises suitable for corporate and school groups to participate in, are on offer and special rates apply to large groups. Bookings are essential and it is advised that it is done well in advance. Our Conference Facilities are equipped with modern training aids e.g. Big Screen, Climbing wall & PA system. If required we can arrange Organizational Development Consultants who are professionals in their own field to assist you.

Accommodation

We have 7 Rooms that sleeps up to 6 people each and two dormitories that sleeps up to 28 and 16 respectively. Our Conference Facility can sleep up to 87 people and ablution is shared. If required we can arrange additional accommodation at other local Hotels, Lodges, B&B's etc to accommodate larger groups. Parking facilities for buses and vehicles are available at our complex.

Meals

We have a fully equipped big and small kitchen. Self catering option is preferred, but we can provide meals at additional cost. We have an indoor and large outdoor braai area. We also have a pool table.

Terms and Conditions

• No Pregnant woman on any activities
• Weight limit for a comfortable fit of harness is 120kg
• Group sizes may vary

It could happen that if you are part of a big group (8+) that smaller groups may precede your group, to join another departing group (2-6) to fill up groups. We request and appreciate your patience since some groups may take longer.

Bookings are worked out on the avarage persons' group size and are not an exact science but delays may occur due to factors such as:

• Hold ups on the road
• When accommodating very large groups
• The amount of children in the group
• The amount of parents and children sliding in tandem
• The fitness level of the group (since there is walking involved)
• When raining, it takes time to dry the rain suites
