Bad service due to staff neglect. Why would staff take care of patients if the company doesnt take care of their staff. New faces everytime i visit the facility. Staff looks sloppy. The van Schalkwyks should have rather closed it down than to hand it over to people who dont know how to run a business. Dont blame staff for your bad experience, blame management. Van schalkwyk and partners name are being dragged through the mud. Only they can save it now.

Took my very old extremely sick emphysema mom in her wheel chair with oxygen bottle for an insignificant medical diagnosis . I was very surprised that she was not given preferential treatment even after I phoned twice before to try and arrange this. She was told to wait in the que like every other able bodied patient. No compassion for the elderly.
