I would not recommend this gym to anyone. for starters I have experienced very bad customer service and also they charged me and extra amount on my canceled membership that I already have payed off. after the lockdown I lost my job and I have explained it to them they said they would not charge me any extra money fee for the time being but today I received a call from them for the first time after lockdown in the first month I found a new job to tell me I have this amount to pay but my slips show me otherwise. please don't be as stupid as I was opening a membership at virgin active George because I promise you they are only in it for the money and will charge you extra amounts of money without any notice. thank you virgin active for showing me another bad experience at a gym.
