I have met a lot of managers in my life as I was one for about 16 years. But there is a manager from Baywest Mall Vodacom Datastore that sometimes fills in at Vodacom in Greenacres that has a really bad attitude. This gentleman who was the manager at the time swore in front of me at one of his employees and I just turned around and walked out. Doesn't respect go both ways? That was really bad to watch and hear.

I booked my Vodacom Power Tab 10 in at Vodacom Datastore in Baywest Mall. The tablet did an update through the night and the next morning I had to set it up from scratch. I typed in my Gmail account, then the tablet said it needed the previous owners Gmail login details. Kyle Brown took sim card and SD card out and booked it in. Greenacres phoned me to come and collect it's ready but I must pay R350. Got there on Monday 20 March when the manager said the sim tray is damaged. I have been waiting now 13 working days and and 17 normal days. Pathetic service from Vodacom in Greenacres datastore and repairs centre. Bruce Chetty, the Manager is so rude and lazy. Disgusted in all Vodacom's sales consultants, managers, technician and Robert du Preez the owner.

Excellent service. I was recently looking for a phone for my daughter and Vodacom has nice deals but the reason I enjoyed this particular branch is the great service. The staff helped me to get the best deal for my budget and offered various affordable deals.
