My phone its not even 6 months . I keep on returning the phone but you refuse to give me an exchange. You have been repiring the phone for the 4th time now. on your report you did state that phone has no damages but why cant the store exchange the phone? its been two months complaing and coming to your store. you took the phone to Johannesburg but still the phone cant unlock the screen. How am I supposed to use a phone that i cant even unlock the screen?

I would just like to rate Daniel at this Vodacom branch as he always keeps me up to date about upgrades and what phone to take. Goes out of his way when he sees me entering the shop. Thanks Daniel I really appreciate it.

I must say I have had issues with a Vodacom store in PE, but Daniel at this branch in Greenacres is the manager here. He really knows his customers. He sorts out issues left, right and center and it is resolved. Go to any other Vodacom shop, I doubt you will get far in such a short time where Daniel fixes it in that time. Daniel thank you again for all your help, call backs and follow ups. Means a lot.
