DESCRIPTION

The [Artist owned] Cape Dutch style house and semi-attached guest cottage is situated in a large established garden. The position is elevated, which affords a lovely view of the town. Sitting at the picnic table at the end of the day, watching the sun go down is a perfect way to unwind and relax. Potch Koekoek chickens roam the garden and you might even spot a bunny or two.

The guest suite consists of a main bedroom with a queen size bed and double seater sofa. The open plan living area has a queen size bed, single bed, sofa, coffee station with a kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery and a radio/cd player. Coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and rusks are provided.
There is a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a shower and a bath.
The unit also has access to a kitchen sink.
Bedding and towels are provided.
The rooms are decorated with original art, and are for sale at a discounted price to all guest.
