DESCRIPTION

In 1997 at Impala mines 11shaft I was injured underground when I was busy with my work underground I reported to my supervisor and mine captain. I went to the hospital treated and not fit to work under ground and the Doctor state that I must work on surface for period of one year.

I was unfearly Dismissed by the company state that there is no suitable alternative work for me on the period of one year. I went home and stay at home for three years and returned to work again in 2000 and on 2002 the same problem accured while I was busy with my work report was done probably and went to hospital treated and being better and returned to work.

I was having a problem to perform my duties I reported the matter and been send to hospital for feather examination by doctors and I was not happy the way I was treated i was injured on lower lumber spine. I was given infiltration on my spine and send by the doctor back to work. I was not happy to perform my duties with the same problem and went to find another job.

I was Dismissed by my company.i was offered by Murray & Robbert at rasimone platinum mine working as a miner, went to gautrain project working under Murray & Robbert and completed the project after this project find another project at Ladysmith been working there as sinking foreman/ shiftBoss and also completed my portion of work. I returned to find job at impala mines and they offered me to work as a miner.

The same problem stated again and I went to the hospital to be treated on this matter. Now I'm 53 years of age under doctors from February 2019 till today treatment doesn't helped me and I don't know if the pain I have is going to end and I have never be compensated and I don't know if I'm still going to perform my duties or to given suitable work if I cannot be able to perform my duties or I will be dismissed again without compensating me . I have four children living with me and there is a lot of people been given the same problem and can be found on this investigation.
