Inspection Fees

1. Beetle Inspection Fee: R450.00
2. Electrical Inspection Fee : R450.00
3. Plumbing Inspection Fee: R450.00
4. Gas Inspection Fee: R450.00
5. Electric Fence Inspection Fee : R450.00

On Acceptance of quotations inspection fee costs will be reduced. Inspection fees excluding Vat. Inspection fees payable if quote declined.
No compliance certificate may be issued if another contractor has done the work.
If another contractor has done the repairs we may re-inspect the property and then issue a certificate of compliance whereby an additional inspection fee cost will be incurred excluding any additional repairs needed not quoted for by the contractor.

We offer a 24-hour service and our personnel have been thoroughly trained in all aspects of the industry. They have also attended all the relevant Health, Safety and Environment courses as prescribed by the OSHACT. We do not sub-contract our work and all our technicians work for the company.
