Has discharged all his/her obligations in terms of the NCA & NCR on 25 August 2019 in terms of Section 65J(2) of the Magistrates Court Act 32 of 1944. The granted EAO in respect of the aforementioned account number was paid in full. I therefore demand a paid up letter. I will take the matter up with the relevant court (Boksburg Magistrates Court) where the judgment was granted.
The manager (Heather Sarkis) at the respective institution advised that there was a glitch in the "system" and my 4435-80816 account that has been settled in 2019 couldn't be updated by the necessary bureaus. I hold a telephonic recording to support this statement I will be distributing it to all the necessary organizations that will be assisting me to obtain the paid up letter.
I am requesting the credit provider to furnish me with a paid up letter respectively for account number: 4435-80816
