Very happy with N4
BUT 2 STOP signs were recently put up at the N4-R104 intersection near Kroondal. Black plastic bags were put over to cover them. No STOP signage on the road. NOW those bags have torn off - resulting in confusion and possible accidents happening. Just 20m earlier there IS A STOP street on the same stretch. Why this one? You had tried it a few years back resulting in accidents
