I was a day late to take my son for his injection because my work refused to give me the day off, or even the morning off. So the next day i managed to get off an i took him, they made me sit in the rain outside with my 10 month old son, because i was a day late. They refused to help me, they said i must wait outside they will help everyone first before they help me because i must learn to be on time.

I arrived at around 11am nearly 12... I sat in the queue for about 2 hours, no one was being attended we were told all the nurse are on lunch...i had to leave to another clinic as I
was very ill.... very much disappointed .
