I’m sorry to say this but i was really unhappy with the service i received at Bosch Rustenburg,i would like to lay a complain.

I fetched my car Tuesday after they were busy with it, as it had knocked an engine, on wednesday the wheel came out while i was driving"nearly lost my life", i then call at the workshop to understand what could have happened after they reassemble everything back on my car, they had the audacity to say they never touched my wheels which is complete lie because last i went to check the car they had removed the front bumper and the wheels so i dont understand why dont they want to be accountable for the near miss that occured.

3 Weeks ago, my parents took their Jeep Grand Charokee to Bosch Service Centre in Stanger/ Kwa-Dukuza (Kzn). The problem with the car was that it could not start the normal way. On the arrival the car was driving, and the service manager suggested that the car is taken in for diagnostics (which he said it will cost only R750. He said should there be more work to be done on the car he will send a quote for approval, of which thats the norm. Two weeks passed without any updated from the service manager until my dad went to the service center. On his arrival, he found that the engine has been stripped, injectors removed. He was told that the injectors seemed to have a problem, and the center decided to take them to Durban for testing as they do not have testing equipment in their Stanger...    Read more »
