My parcel was delivered to Buffalo on the 28,on 30 i received a message showing i must expect delivery then no calls no deliver.Today i received the message showing i must expecting delivery also no one phoned me...i checked parcel under shein it shows parcel returned to them yesterday because the driver failed to get me,if it returned many times i must contact BUFFALO to arrange another date...my question how because your numbers not exist plus your courier guy not calling...

I am really upset with your delivery service my parcel was delivered to you guys on the 20 December and I am in pmb.....I need those clothes for my kids they have to wear them on Christmas day.....deliver our parcels please
