I told him that a young man who sounding educated, rang my unit 1 at 21 Borrowdale Road, River Club (complex is Sycamore Close). The young man asked me for food or clothing. I asked the CAP switchboard man that CAP patrol check Borrowdale Road to establish who the young "beggar" is. I alerted my 10 neighbours on our complex group about this. He had systematically called others in the complex. 20 minutes later one of my neighbours reported that the young man was making his way up Borrowdale Road. I had had no feedback whatsoever from the man at CAP who I'd reported to, and 20 minutes had lapsed! I called CAP again. The same CAP person answered. I complained that I'd had no feedback from CAP. He apologized and said that the CAP patrolmen had found the young man; took photos of him and made notes before escorting him off our area - River Club. I called CAP ONCE MORE asking the same switchboard man to speak to a supervisor as I wanted to lay a complaint. I waited a number of minutes, and was transferred to "Jannnie" who couldn't hear me clearly calling from my cell. Jannie called me from 011 877 8899 at 16hr17, but he still couldn't hear me clearly. I put down the phone. I am very concerned about the process this afternoon. Please investigate and advise me on 082 660 5664 which is my daughter's cell number. This maybe a better number to communicate on. When I spoke to your switchboard man at 15hr10 and 16hr14 he heard me clearly and verbally gave me the report that I wrote above. Something doesn't ring true.

Good afternoon. I usually rate CAP 5 STAR. However, this afternoon the service I experienced needs to be investigated. At 15hr10 this afternoon I called 0861227227 and spoke to a young man describing an incident that required the patrol car to investigate. I gave him my name "Maeve." Cell: 083 458 7770
