We are based in Bloemfontein and specialize in Conveyancing (the sale & transfer of immovable property). I am in practice since 1987 (currently - 35 years).

We register transactions in all the Deeds Offices of South Africa (Bloemfontein, Kimberley, Pretoria, Johannesburg, King Williams Town, Cape Town, etc.)

We specialize in the legal transfer of ownership of immovable property

We are legally empowered to officially witness signatures, administer oaths, certify the validity of documents, and perform a wide range of administrative functions of national and international nature, including the drafting and/or legalisation of certain documents.
