We went to Clicks Galleria Mall for our chronic meds Evan, who wasn't helpful asked me if I don't want a generic of my blood pressure meds and I said no I would take the original. And he just said well they don't have it and carry on giving my meds WITHOUT my blood pressure meds ! We are really thinking to take our scripts to Dischem or just a private chemist! We as pensioners had the trouble to drive to Seadoone Clicks where Gillian helped me. So Friendly and with no issues or problems. Said they don't have it but she will order it for us and it will be there the following day. The same day she phone me and said it is their and we can pick it up. That is good service. Why can't all the clicks branches do that? Thank you Gillian for taking the initiative to assist us.
