Contacted Cortac armed response on the morning of Tues 13 December 2022- this was for a service call. I was told that someone would contact me. No one called. phoned on the morning of Wed 14 December- requested a service call. No response. Called on the morning of Thurs 15 Dec- no response . Called Thursday afternoon- was told that a technical team would come the same day , or the next day . I reminded Charles that Friday 16 th a holiday.
Now 16:00 on Friday the 16 and still no show.
