I always used with curtains and linens in the past but this week I had a really bad experience. I went to the shop in Newton Park. When I arrived no one asked me if they could help me. A approached a gentleman which seemed very irritated with me. I asked him about quotations and if I could have a look at the materials. He showed me from a distance where I could look. I went to the rolls of material but could not find something I really like. I asked him about the books they had with examples. He showed me a really messy room with books staked in piles and said to me I could try and look through the stacks if there is something I liked. Or he could give me the names of the suppliers and I can go to them personally and find out what I like. I told him no thanks and do not have time to do that. I felt really offended and it felt like I was just another annoying customer. So I left the shop and told the lady at the till area that the service here are really bad. She said to me.... o Ok.... and I left. I am really very disappointed in Curtains and Linens and would not recommend them to anyone in the future. I know that the shop is currently under maintenance, but you can still give good service no matter what is happening at the shop.
