It is for first and last time using this delta bus. The bus was scheduled to live Bloemfontein at 23:05 pm and arrive in jobg 04:45 am, instead we left Bloemfontein at 23.42 and arrive in jobg 03:20 am. The driver was driving reckless. To top that on the arrival in jobg pack station we were not allowed to enter pack station until 05:00 am.

It was my first and last time I would ever take a journey with this pathetic lousy bus company, booked a tickets to depart at 1pm nobody gives us any feedback or inform us of any changes or delays until i went to ask exactly what was going on only then was told 7pm the bus will depart my wife and child sat there the whole day upon its arrival we were told the bus needs to be fixed, rude drivers you have!! My daughter stood there even went to sleep in cold the bus only departed around half 8 to 9pm for cape town I was sick worried as i had to leave them behind for work. I hate you guys with passion

Pathetic service. On the 4th July 2023 i booked tickets for my wife and child to cape town to depart at 1pm but the bus was no show and nobody gave us any information or feedback as to when or why the bus was delayed, I went to ask at the Delta offices in rissik park station and was told the bus will arrive later at 7pm, upon its arrival it was then stopped to be fixed for 1 hour plus 30 minutes and the drivers were so rude bare in mind the passengers including my 5 year old were left standing out in the cold at night. I hate this Delta bus service company they care less about their passengers.. Never will I recommend nor use their service ever!!!!!
