I was at Empilisweni clinic from 8 to 5: 20 and I was not attended too, the queue was not moving only people who new other staff members were coming in and being helped, I was there to get my results as I have problem with my feet I stood there my feet were painful and I even tried to get inside so that I could rest my feet but no the security was a bully and did as he pleased so you'd die in queue and no one would listen to you, and a patient died due to the fact they take long to service patients and we sick and get even more sick and I did not get my results and they expected me to come back the following day so said the who is apparently in charge of clinical he was rude and told me to come back to the following day to complain and to be attended too the audacity of that man he even said I came in late that is why I was not helped but when he asked the group of patients that I was what time did they arrive at the clinic he then said you can come back tomorrow just like that he doesn't have leadership skills how can they appoint an individual to talk to patients like that and he said I can complain my complaint will not be taken seriously but that how patients are treated at government clinics.
