To make matters worse, it took three months of constant follow-ups just to obtain a tax invoice. Despite our persistence through emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages, communication from Fuel Tunnel has been poor, inconsistent, and unprofessional.
Now, five months later, we are still waiting for either the outstanding fuel to be delivered or a refund for the shortage. Throughout this period, there has been no meaningful effort to resolve the issue. Instead, our concerns have been ignored, deflected, or met with little to no response.
What is particularly concerning is that after repeatedly trying to contact them for an update, we were even threatened with having our WhatsApp number blocked because of our attempts to follow up on a legitimate business concern. Despite this, no arrangement, explanation, or solution has been provided.
As a business that depends on reliable suppliers, this has been the worst customer service experience we have encountered from any diesel supplier. Fuel Tunnel's lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to honour what was paid for have left us completely dissatisfied.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Fuel Tunnel to other businesses or customers. Five months after payment, we are still without the fuel owed to us or a refund. Their continued silence and failure to address the matter have severely damaged our trust in their business practices.Our experience with Fuel Tunnel has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. In March, we scheduled a fuel delivery for our business. Upon delivery, we discovered that the fuel supplied was short of the quantity we paid for. What should have been a simple matter to resolve turned into an ongoing ordeal.
