I need help, I have been working for this company with the owner "Fritz' he passed away. Before all workers that was working for him did not receive our salaries for 3 months that he gave us letters to our dept places. When he passed away we couldn't even take out our personal tools out of the premises. This was in the beginning of 2018. I drove past the workshop and there is now another business "Tyre Place" What do I do to get my salary and my tools back?
