I have paid my account in full 2019 but they still have me on the blacklist list. All the phone numbers they gave you does not work and they are not very helpful. If i get my paid-up letter from them i will never buy from them again in my life. I have paid for the mistake i made in life why punish me still for 3 years sins i have paid my account up why not just sent me my paid-up letter. bollie.jvh@gmail.com 0767587599

Miss Chrizel du Plooy bought an Asus desktop with a z490-p, corsair 480 gig m.2 SSD, RTX 3060 12 gig, Corsair 16 gig ram and 550W PSU for 25K on the 11/10/2021, on credit. It was working fine for 2 months but on 20/12/2021, while playing Warzone, it powered off without warning and when I tried powering it back on, the lights came on but the screen failed to display. I took it in to Incredible Connection in Montana, Kolonade, on the same day. The technician told me they will send it in to Asus but it will take about a month before I get it back because Asus repairs only open on 10/01/2022. Later the week the sales rep Koketso told us they booked it in on 23/12/2021. After almost a month getting no feedback I phoned to get an update, just to find out the pc is still stuck in store. The technician sent it only on 15/01/2022. February came and I still did not get any feedback, even after phoning on 31/01/2022, and the tech telling me he will phone Asus and get back to me. I phoned again on 04/02/2022 and got hold of the manager. He told me Asus sent an email the previous week stating that they are busy with final tests after some parts had to be replaced, not mentioning which parts, but they can't give him a straight answer, so he will be ordering a replacement for us, but the one we bought is not in stock so he will get us one with a 480 gig SSD and asked if that is fine with us. (Before we agreed I checked the specs of the one we bought and it too had a 480 gig SSD). Finding it strange that he asked that, we agreed, because we are desperate to get it back after waiting so long without assistance and being behind on work needed to be done on the pc. The pc arrived on 09/02/2022 as promised. I picked it up the same day at 18:30.I noticed the ram was G.skill and not corsair, the motherboard was a z590-v and the SSD was a 480 gig kingston drive, not a m.2. But being behind on things I had to do on this specific pc I went on and had to be fine with it. The same evening I installed windows and updated my graphics drivers with Nvidia Experience and installed Warzone to test the pc. Everything was working fine until the higher textures of the game had to be loaded and the GPU started working to load them, when the pc suddenly restarted.
After a few times adjusting graphics settings and testing if the high settings was the problem, the pc kept restarting. After a few restarts the display threw up green lines all over but was fixed with a fresh bootup. I asked PC professionals and they suspect a faulty graphics card. Chrizel took the pc in on the following morning on 10/02/2022 where she talked to the Manager. He said that it's the software that I am using that's causing the problem, but how can that be if it's all certified software providers recommended for a Nvidia card? We then asked for a refund because we are now paying a lot of money for something that is staying more in store than with us, which he replied that we can only get a refund if the account is settled in full. He also had no idea what we were talking about when we said there was never discussed with us that the ram will not be corsair and that the motherboard will change and that the SSD will be a kingston drive and not a m.2. Then he said the technician will look at it on 11/02/2022 and phone us, which he never did. So I decided this is enough, I'm fed up with the service I'm getting and paying for something that I don't have so going on the word of the manager I took out a loan of R25k to go and settle the account to get my refund, which now the manager says the time period is over for me to get a refund, I will just have to wait for the pc to return from Asus.

Please look into this as I'm getting little to no assistance and that I'm being sold broken, probably refurbished, products.
