I wish we had known how terrible the service was before we entered into an agreement with them. Vishnu makes promises he can't keep. The service agreement was for renovations to our bathroom and apparently this workmanship came with a 5 year guarantee. When he wants the job you will see and hear from him everyday. He promised to complete the bathroom in 1 month but took 3 months. He would show up at most 3 times a week and between 12 and 2 in the afternoon without any notice to us. There's a leak now with the shower that's spreading to the kitchen which he refuses to sort out. There's a hole in the wall that he drilled but didn't cover up. Workmanship and customer service is beyond terrible.
