We had a very difficult time on the 28km dirt road to the reception area. Then we were given directions which were confusing to proceed for another 2 - 3kms through dry and running river beds, with very steep banks and plenty of large rocks to try get to the chalet. We were not able to cross the streams / rivers to gain access, which was very disappointing. We had confirmed access to accommodation in a low clearance vehicle before the time, yet this was not possible. I'm sure if you have a 4 x 4 it might be fun. My normal vehicle is not able to cross +/-30cm deep running stream with loose rocks and steep banks. We requested a refund and got told we are asking for charity?!
