I can never understand the kind of health care service that is being offered at Micheal Maponya Clinic in Pimville Zone 1,the service is beyond poor, seems like everyone who is supposed to help is on lunch no one at the allocation desk and there are supposed to be 2 people being stationed but there is no one on sight. Someone maybe dying and yet they won't care about anyone.

Great and sensitive attitude from NEO who was removing my implant. How I wish we has such great people assisting us with such sensitivity. Wow. Keep on doing what you do. That attitude will take u far in life. I am scared of needles but she made me comfortable and she understood that it's a scary situation. Love your service... I am happy I went to Michael Maponya clinic for this process

Terrible service, no structure, management and enforcement of duties to communities by matron.
Phones are not answered in critical time of covid-19 from people that took an oath. Telling us they are promoted and matron can say nothing so won't assist and it is below her to provide training for ECD. Sister Mapule is quite rude doesn't even give you chance to explain.
