I bought my vehicle from Morena December 2019. There was a leak on the radiator and after two weeks of fighting with them they finally replaced the radiator as it had a hole in it. Point S the company Morena took my vehicle to who replaced the radiator never fitted one of the clamps back on properly and over the course of a few months the pipe the clamp was meant to hold slowly made its way off and while driving. The water all cam gushing out my engine and my vehicle needs a new engine. Morena has had my Vehicle since the 17th of October and I am no closer to getting my car back. I am paying every month for something I am not driving. They didnt submit the claim to the warranty. On top of now paying for the repairs myself as this matter is currently with the Ombudsman I found out yesterday that Morena motors took my battery out of my car and stuck their old flat battery into my vehicle 3 days after they got it. I have heard nothing from Point S either. I am now sitting on 7 months with out my car. Please do not use either of these businessesI bought my vehicle from Morena December 2019.
