I bought items from Mr Price on the 12th June. After numerous visits to the store and calls to the customer care no one can assist me. Customer care just refer you back to Mr Price in Atlantis. On top of it the Manger lies by emailing customer care and saying he contacted me, which he never did

Service is absolutely pathetic at Mr Price especially at the Atlantis branch , I bought my daughter a cap and it does not fit correctly and looks poorly made so I returned to Mr Price to basically ... your problem Mr Price is not interested and its too much work for staff to exchange the poor quality cap, I realize you get what you pay for but the quality of Mr Price clothing and service is of the worst I have seen lately, I definitely will never shop at Mr Price again
