This municipality dealing with electricity boxes etc are the worst people to work with.

First we had to wait over 6 weeks for them to come and put in the electric box and then the manager and her collougues keep walking in and out the office when you ask for assistance. We had to go to the P.E. branch for them to push forward the installation.

Then we finally got them to come and then they wanted to sell us a side job for them to install electricity. Now they started charging us over R2500 more than the electric company to come fix some of the wiring problem. Fine no problem.

Now they are refusing to come and install as per booking because we refused their services. [Sivuyile is one of the guys that are refusing to come and finish the instalation of the box]
