I took my rings to NWJ Greenstone on 15.01.2023, was assisted by Sibongile. Was informed that I would be called with a quote and that my rings would be returned on Thursday,19.01.2023. Nothing happened, when I called on Thursday, I was informed Lerato (Assistant) & Agreement (Manager) that due to loadshedding they couldn't call me and that my rings would not be returned today and that I should wait till next week.

WORSE SERVICE EVER FROM INCOMPETENT STAFF AT STORE AS WELL AS REGIONAL MANAGER, WHO DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO MAKE CONTACT WITH ME!!!!!!!!!
CALLING YOUR H/Q1 NUMBER IS ANOTHER STORY ALL TOGETHER, BEEN TRYING SINCE 08H00 THIS MORNING TO COMPLAIN

The receptionist at their head office is very rude you will have to phone more then twice before, the phone is answered.
All I wanted to do is trace where my ring was, cause it's not clear.

I took my ring for repairs at Mall of Africa around the 14 August 2022, and what I wanted on the ring was not done. We are in September 2022 and Iam told my ring is at their head office. I can't seem to trace where my ring is at..
Extermely bad service.
Very much disappointed.
